Our Opportunities
Financial Advisor Apprenticeship
We are seeking ambitious individuals to begin their careers as Apprentice Financial Advisors. If you have a competitive nature or a sales mindset, this is a great opportunity to become a Qualified Financial Advisor. We value growth and reward performance with excellent benefits. You’ll learn about financial products and regulations, work alongside experienced advisors, and complete your QFA exams, fully funded by the company. Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and computer literacy are essential, with full training provided.
Financial Advisor
We seek ambitious, adaptable and experienced individuals to join our Sales Department. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities from existing clients and new inbound enquiries, offering compliant and expert financial advice, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards. Candidates must be QFA, CFP, or APA certified, with excellent sales skills and experience in delivering high levels of customer service via various channels. CRM experience is preferred but not essential.
Health Insurance Advisor
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Health Insurance Advisor to join our team. You will consult with clients to assess health insurance needs, prepare personalized comparisons and reports, and communicate effectively with insurers and clients throughout the process. A professional attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. APA/QFA certification is desirable but not required; full training will be provided.
Call Quality Analyst
We are seeking a full-time Call Quality Analyst to ensure our customer service and sales teams deliver top-quality client interactions. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating calls for compliance with company policies and regulations, providing feedback to management, updating quality standards, and conducting training sessions. Candidates should have excellent analytical, listening, and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and ideally a sales background. A QFA qualification is preferred, or candidates should be working towards it.
Digital Marketing Executive
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive with strong social media skills to join our expanding Marketing team. The ideal candidate will drive conversions through digital channels, boost revenue via targeted campaigns, and work closely with Senior Management to understand our products. You will co-lead campaigns from inception to rollout, manage our social media presence, analyze campaign performance, and create visual content. Requirements include proficiency in Social Media Ad Centers, experience in digital marketing, familiarity with design tools like Photoshop or Canva, and knowledge of current social media platforms.
